The Kids walked for a long time and Jamie was far ahead of Claudia. They met at a corner and Caludia said can we take a bus now? Jamie said no we have to save our money. The kids walked the rest of the way to the museum. When they got there they went in and they first found a place where they could sleep. Finally they found somewhere but they could not just go to sleep they had to wait in the bathrooms till everyone left and it was safe go. They had done that every night and it worked out well. One day there was a very long line at the museum. The long line was just to see a little 2 feet tall stachue. The reson there was such a long line was because they thought that the work of art might have been done by Micheangilo. The kids did very much reserch on the stauche.
After a lot of reserch the kids found a lot of imformation about the stachue. One thing they found about was: that the stachue was oned by Mrs.Frankweller and she had sold the work of art to the museum. The kids decided that hey would go to Mrs.Frankweller's house and talk to her about the peice. They took a cab to the house and then they got to talk to Mrs.Frankweller. They said they wanted to know if the stauche was real or not but she said that was a secret. Then she asked are you the kids that ran away from home? The kids said that's our secret.
